Hillary began practicing Pilates in ‘19 and completed the Comprehensive Teacher Training Program with Pilates Sports Center in ‘21. Her teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of classical Pilates, paired with a contemporary approach that emphasizes mindful movement, functional strength, and intelligent flow.
