Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes, spots are limited and must be reserved in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation once payment is received.

How do I pay for class?
After signing up, you’ll be prompted to send payment via Venmo or Zelle to confirm your spot. All payment details are included in the confirmation message.

What should I bring?
Bring your mat, water, and sunscreen. Optional items include light hand weights, ankle weights, or a small towel.

Where exactly in the park do classes take place?
Classes are held in the grassy area at Traditions Park (812 Rosa Way, Bozeman), near the corner of Annie Street and Flanders Creek Avenue. If you have any trouble finding the group, feel free to text or email Hillary and she’ll send you a location pin.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?
If class is canceled due to weather, you’ll be notified via email and text with the option to transfer your payment to another date.

Are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! All levels are welcome. You’ll be guided through intentional movement with modifications and variations offered throughout class.

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Just make sure they sign up and submit payment ahead of time to confirm their spot.

What's the class schedule like?
Pilates in the Park classes are held every Sunday at 2:15PM and Wednesday at 6:15PM at Traditions Park. While there may be occasional exceptions, the full class calendar is always up to date.

Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! I offer private mat and reformer Pilates sessions for individuals or small groups. Reach out by email at hillary@nessopilates.com to inquire about availability and rates.
