Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. I offer private mat and reformer Pilates sessions for individuals or small groups. Each session is designed with intention, rooted in alignment, connection, and movement that supports your body.

Where do private sessions take place?
Private reformer sessions are held in my home studio in Bozeman, Montana. Mat sessions can take place in my home studio or be arranged at a location that feels comfortable for you.

What equipment do you use?
My home studio is equipped with a Merrithew SPX Max Reformer, along with thoughtfully selected props to support, challenge, and refine your movement.

What is the Nesso teaching style like?
Classes blend refined movement, mindful pacing, and a contemporary approach to classical Pilates. You can expect intentional sequences, clear cues, and an experience that feels grounding, strengthening, and deeply supportive of your body.

What should I bring?
For mat sessions, bring your mat and water. For reformer sessions, everything is provided — simply arrive as you are.

Are sessions beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Sessions meet you where you are. You’ll be guided with clear cues, mindful pacing, and variations that honor your body and your experience level.

Do you offer group classes?
Yes! I offer seasonal pop-up classes throughout the year and am always happy to coordinate group sessions for small gatherings, special events, or private groups.
